Terps Looking To Build Off Week 1 Win, Travel To Charlotte

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland controlled its first-week opponent, Buffalo, for pretty much the entire game Sept. 3 in a 31-10 victory. But it’s Week 1 and there’s bound to be some unevenness, as head coach Mike Locksley has acknowledged each year since he’s been in College Park.

The Terps’ headman broached those postgame Sept. 3 and again before UMD’s upcoming bout at Charlotte Sept. 10.
