DL Porter Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland saw another defensive lineman enter the transfer portal the day before the spring game April 30. Redshirt freshman defensive tackle Andre Porter announced that he would be leaving College Park, Md.

The 6-foot-3, 325-pound Washington, D.C., native appeared in three games last season. He tallied two solo tackles during his brief stint on the field. He did not rise up the depth chart this spring and thus elected to transfer out of the university.
