Maryland’s defense took another significant blow April 7, and this time in the middle of spring practice. After seeing starting JACK Demeioun Robinson enter the transfer portal in late March, the Terps had presumed starting weak-side end Darrell Jackson elect to transfer out of the program.

The 6-foot-6, 300-pound sophomore Jackson played in all 13 games as a freshman in 2021, and saw significant snaps rotating in with Lawtez Rogers.
