RECRUITING: Cobbs was a low-level three-star coming out of Hayfield (Quantico, Va.) in the 2018 class, but he still earned offers from Maryland, NC State, UVA, Wake, WVU, Temple, Navy, ECU and others. (We saw Cobbs in action and felt he was vastly underrated).
