Hardly a press conference goes by where Maryland coach Mike Locksley doesn’t broach the “team standard.” His ideal, since arriving in College Park, Md., as head coach, is to have a team that maintains a consistent mentality during workouts, practices and especially during games. Don’t get too hyped after wins, don’t get too low after losses. Don’t get too excited after big plays, don’t get too down after botched ones.
