Ohio Safety Moore Talks Up First Major Offer From Maryland

Northmont (Clayton, Ohio) safety Rod Moore had been accumulating offers from nearby college programs such as Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Akron, Kent State, Toledo and Ohio. But, as January came to a close, the 5-foot-11, 170-pound three-star hadn’t been able to pull that coveted power-five look.

But on Feb. 1, Moore heard from not one, but two assistants at major universities, with Maryland and Cincinnati coming through with offers.
