Slot Lewis Enters Portal, Leaving Maryland

The Terps’ football team had another defection Jan. 8 as redshirt junior slot receiver Rayshad Lewis, the son of NFL Hall of Famer Ray Lewis, tweeted that he would be using his final year of collegiate eligibility at a local outside of College Park, Md.

“First thing’s first I would like to thank the Maryland staff as a whole. Which includes coaches, teachers, tutors, advisors, training staff and teammates,” Lewis tweeted out.
