COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland (3-8, 1-7 Big Ten) has one more game left in a trying 2019 campaign, but much of the focus has already turned to the offseason and how coach Mike Locksley plans to revitalize this program. A season that started with such promise, two convincing victories against Howard and Syracuse, promptly nosedived in mid-September and hit the nadir Nov. 23 in a 54-7 senior-day loss against Nebraska.
