1. DT Lavon Johnson

The Terps lost Cam Rice and Dillon Fontus on the interior of their defensive line, and the Texas transfer Lavon Johnson figures to step into a starting role alongside of returner Eyan Thomas in 2026. The 6-foot-3, 310-pounder, who was previously at UMD before leaving for a year to play at UT, brings plenty of size and power to the line.
