COLLEGE PARK, Md. — There weren’t many positive takeaways following Maryland’s 2025-26 regular season, which ended with a 78-72 loss March 8 against Illinois, dropping the squad to 11-20 and 4-16 in conference play. But if there is a glimmer of future hope on the current roster, it’s the steady rise of redshirt freshman shooting guard Andre Mills.
