Rutgers under Steve Pikiell loves to muddy games up with its defensive play, but one way teams have been able to pile up points against them this year is by drawing contact and getting to the line. Not only did Maryland not do that frequently enough Feb. 15, but when the Terps did reach the stripe, they failed to convert.
