RB Jones De-Commits From Maryland

Maryland lost one of its transfer-portal additions Jan. 15 with running back Trequan Jones electing to back out of his commitment. The former Old Dominion star transferred to College Park, Md., after a standout visit earlier in January. He was going to check out Pitt, Cincinnati, Michigan State and Louisville, but opted not to do so after seeing UMD.

But now the 5-foot-9, 183-pound rising senior is back on the market.
