NT Johnson Returns To Maryland After A Year At Texas

A familiar face is returning to College Park, Md., after a one-year hiatus. Nose tackle Lavon Johnson, who left Maryland for Texas last year, has opted to transfer back to UMD. He will add depth to a defensive line that saw Cam Rice graduate and Dillan Fontus enter the transfer portal earlier this offseason.
