COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland (7-7, 0-3 Big Ten) lost its third straight Big Ten game to begin the 2025-26 season and is coming off a 10-point defeat at home against an average Oregon team, but Coach Buzz Williams has maintained optimism. He continues to stress process and patience, regularly pointing out how his team has improved in numerous key areas, even if the results don’t necessarily illustrate it.
