Former ODU RB Jones Transfers To Maryland

Maryland added its first transfer-portal player this offseason in former Old Dominion running back Trequan Jones. The 5-foot-9, 183-pound rising senior is coming off a season in which he rushed for 792 yards on 7.5 yards per carry and scored six touchdowns. He also caught six passes for 20 yards. The speedster Jones had eight rushes of 20-plus yards in 2025, including a 93-yard jaunt and a 65-yard scoring run.
