QB Justyn Martin Enters Transfer Portal

A second scholarship quarterback elected to enter the transfer portal Dec. 17. After Khristan Martin elected to leave College Park, Md., Dec. 16, Justyn Martin chose to bolt Maryland a day later.

Martin, who transferred to UMD from UCLA before 2025, suffered a season-ending injury early during the season and did not appear in a game for the Terps. Even before the injury, Martin did not play well during the offseason and was buried on the depth chart behind Malik Washington and Khristian Martin.
