COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland has a game Nov. 22, but but you wouldn’t know it outside of Jones-Hill House. All the football talk around campus and among the Terps’ faithful is the status of Coach Mike Locksley. The seventh-year headman was given a public vote of confidence by athletic director Jim Smith in the wake of UMD’s sixth straight loss, which dropped the team to 4-6 and 1-5 in Big Ten play.
