Live Scouting Report: Damon Hall

BALTIMORE, Md. — Terrapin Times was able to scout St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.) tight end and Terps’ commit Damon Hall several times this year. Here is our take on the 6-foot-5, 210-pounder:

Hall stands every bit of 6-5 and has an even wider wingspan. He has a rather sinewy frame at this stage, large hands, and a developing base.

Hall acts as St. Frances’ receiving tight end and typically rotates through every other series or so.
