RECRUITING: Hills was a mid-three-star recruit out of Milford Mill (Windsor Mill, Md.) in the 2025 class. He had offers from the likes of UMD, Penn State, Va Tech, Pitt, BC, Colorado, Syracuse and West Virginia, among others.
