YEAR/ELIGIBILITY: Freshman, first year

RECRUITING: Shipps was a mid-level three-star recruit in the 2025 class. He accrued offers from the likes of Maryland, BC, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan State, NC State, Pitt, Syracuse, UVA and others of that ilk.
