K O'Haire Transfers From Richmond To Maryland

Maryland now has its kicker for the 2025 season, and likely beyond. On May 3, Richmond transfer Sean O’Haire, a redshirt freshman, elected to head to the kicker-needy Terps. Maryland saw starting booter Jack Howes transfer out in late April, and special teams coach Andre Powell quickly filled the void with the up-and-coming O’Haire. He has four years of eligibility remaining and has the inside track to the starting job this fall.
