OG Walker Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland lost another potential starter off of its offensive line April 14 when redshirt sophomore Tamarus Walker elected to enter the transfer portal. The 6-foot-3, 320-pounder from Baltimore ascended to a top rotational role in 2024 and was set to take over at left guard in 2025.

Last season, Walker played in nine games and totaled 212 snaps, with the majority coming at left guard. He graded out below average as a run blocker and poorly as a pass blocker.
