Palmer Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland named its new coach April 1, but that didn’t stop a seventh Terp from entering the transfer portal. Rising sophomore guard Malachi Palmer elected to leave College Park, Md., after just one season.

The 6-foot-6 Palmer ended up playing in just 22 games for Maryland. He tallied 36 total points on 33.3 percent shooting, 27,3 percent from 3 and 44.4 percent from the line. He grabbed 30 total re rebounds and handed out six total assists.
