Harris-Smith Enters Transfer Portal

It was a significant recruiting win for Maryland two cycles ago when the Terps and then-coach Kevin Willard went into local power Paul VI (Fairfax,Va.), a school UMD had little success at, and landed four-star wing DeShawn Harris-Smith. But the touted local never quite lived up to the hype during two rather subpar seasons in College Park, Md., and March 31 the rising junior announced he was heading to the transfer portal.
