Maryland’s Second-Half Defense Turns The Tide

The Terps’ defense in the early going left much to be desired. Penn State ended up with 36 points on 45.5 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from 3 as Maryland had difficulties keeping drivers out of the lane, with their rotations, their pick-and-roll defense, and getting back in transition.
