COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland (21-6, 11-5 Big Ten) has won four games in a row and eight of its last nine to move into a tie for third place in the Big Ten. It’s an envious position to be in with four regular-season games remaining since the top four teams earn a double bye in the upcoming Big Ten tournament.
UMD is currently sitting alongside of Wisconsin in third, are a game behind Michigan for second, and two games behind Michigan State for the conference lead.
