COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland’s game against Nebraska Feb. 13 may not have garnered the same headlines as when the Terps hosted Wisconsin or took on Illinois in Champaign, Ill., but it was an important matchup for a number of reasons. The 83-75 victory allowed the Terps (19-6, 9-5 Big Ten) to remain among the conference’s upper echelon, sitting just a half game behind Wisconsin for fourth place.
