In a game that reminded a bit of 2023-24, when point guard Jahmir Young would go off and single-handedly carry the Terps to a rare victory, Ja’Kobi Gillespie turned in his best Young impression. The Terps’ lead guard went off for a career-high 27 points on 7 of 13 shooting, 4 of 8 from 3 and 9 of 9 from the line.
