QB Martin Transfers From UCLA To Maryland

Maryland filled its quarterback vacancy Dec. 22 with UCLA transfer Justyn Martin, who visited College Park, Md., Dec. 20 and then announced his decision two days later. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound redshirt sophomore has two years of eligibility remaining and will seemingly fill the hole left by Billy Edwards, who transferred to Wisconsin.

Martin redshirted his first season at UCLA and didn’t see the field in 2023, but he was the No. 2 in 2024 and saw action in three games.
