RB Hemby Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland’s starting running back the last three years has decided to enter the transfer portal. Redshirt junior Roman Hemby announced that he would be spending his final collegiate season outside of College Park, Md. The 6-foot, 208-pounder had a breakout season two years ago, but he lacked the same burst and acceleration he showed as a redshirt freshman and was unable to replicate it — mostly due to a subpar run-blocking offensive line.
