CB Thomas Enters Transfer Portal

Maryland saw a fourth defensive back enter the transfer portal Dec. 10 in sophomore Kevis Thomas. The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder emerged as a part-time starter and frequent contributor in 2024.

In 10 games and 289 snaps, Thomas tallied 17 and two pass defenses. He graded out poorly in coverage, per Pro Football Focus, however, and surrendered three touchdowns. The year before, Thomas appeared in six games and registered a couple tackles.
