COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Maryland Coach Kevin Willard has dubbed last season’s squad a “one-trick pony” on more than one occasion, and he set out to reconcile that this offseason. In a roster overhaul, Willard brought in seven newcomers, including multiple guards who could shoot and handle the basketball and a top freshman big man to pair with mainstay Julian Reese.
