GERMANTOWN, Md. —Terrapin Times was on hand at Seneca Valley (Germantown, Md.) for the Seneca-Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, Md.) game in order to scout Cougars’ running back and Terps’ commit Iverson “Rocket” Howard. Here is our take on the 5-foot-10, 195-pounder:

Howard is a thick, sturdy back with a stout base and already looks to have a college-ready frame. He is in the mold of the bigger, more powerful backs common in the Big Ten.
