COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Much of the talk following Maryland’s 38-20 victory against Villanova did not center around the team’s fast start, quarterback Billy Edwards’ continued development or receiver Tai Felton’s fourth consecutive 100-yard outing. Rather, it was the Terps’ (3-1) abysmal third quarter that allowed an inferior foe to claw back and throw a wrench into Coach Mike Locksley’s game plan.
