TOWSON, Md. — Terrapin Times was on hand at Calvert Hall (Towson, Md.) for the CHC-Spalding (Severn, Md.) game in order to scout Cavaliers’ quarterback and Terps’ commit Malik Washington. Here is our take on the 6-foot-4, 215-pounder:

Washington is a long, well-built athlete who is every bit of 6-4, has a stout base, a wide wingspan, and average-sized hands for his height. He operates primarily out of the shotgun spread and is a true dual-threat who simply makes things happen.
