BALTIMORE, Md. — Terrapin Times was on hand at Curley (Baltimore, Md.) for the Curley-Calvert Hall (Towson, Md.) game in order to scout Cardinals’ tight end and Terps’ commit JT Taggart. Here is our take on the 6-foot-7, 225-pounder:

Taggart lines up in the slot, out wide and occasionally in-line for Calvert Hall, and he projects as a receiving tight end at Maryland. He is every bit of 6-7 and is a physical mismatch going against high school competition.
