Mabry On Maryland TEs: 'We Can Be Something Special'

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Before tight end Tyler Mabry announced his transfer to Maryland in March, there was a bit of consternation among the Terps’ staff and headman Mike Locksley. In an ironic twist, the school Locksley just left, Alabama, tossed the graduate-transfer tight end a late offer during an official visit to Tuscaloosa, Ala. That official came after Mabry’s foray to College Park, which was thought to have sealed the former Buffalo star to the Terps.
