DL Simpson Flips From Maryland To Miami

Maryland saw a defensive line pledge de-commit from UMD and flip to Miami August 2. Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, Fla.) three-star defensive lineman Donta Simpson had pledged to Maryland back on June 23 following a College Park, Md., official visit, but even then he had his mind on Miami. The Hurricanes offered him after a one-day June camp in Coral Gables, Fla., and a couple months later that offer became commitable.
