S Horton Decommits From Maryland

Maryland had a second de-commitment June 23 in Bel Air (Md.) safety Julien Horton. The 6-foot, 172-pounder pledged to the Terps back on March 24, but opted to re-open his recruitment after taking an official visit to North Carolina June 21-23.

“I have decided to de-commit from the University of Maryland,” Horton wrote on the platform that should still be known as Twitter. “This is not a reflection of the wonderful staff and recruiting program at Maryland.
