Tight end JT Taggart (Calvert Hall/Towson, Md.) isn’t from Maryland, but he’s ready to adopt the DMV as his new home for the next few years. Fresh off an official visit to College Park, Md., the 6-foot-6, 210-pound three-star recruit elected to commit to the Terps over Colorado and West Virginia.
