Football Recruiting Notes: Defense

Maryland has five commitments early in the 2025 recruiting cycle, and the Terps efforts on the trail will start to ratchet up again during the upcoming spring evaluation period. Here are some notes on where the Terps stand before the coaches hit the road after spring ball:

Maryland will always look to add multiple edge rushers and interior defensive linemen each class, and this year they already have one committed in tackle Braheem Battles (Central Catholic/Allentown, Pa.).
