PG Lamothe Enters Transfer Portal

A third Maryland player entered the transfer portal March 21. Freshman guard Jahnathan Lamothe elected to leave College Park, Md., after just one season and appearing in only 16 total games. The Baltimore, Md., native Lamothe was fourth on the depth chart at point guard, behind Jahmir Young, Jahari Long and DeShawn Harris-Smith.

Lamothe scored 12 total points on 4 of 16 shooting and 2 of 11 from 3. He had 11 total rebounds, four assists, four steals and seven turnovers.
