Terps Looking To Avoid Another Letdown In Final Home Game Of 2023-24

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — It’s been a one step forward, two steps back kind of season for Maryland (15-14, 7-11 Big Ten), and Feb. 28 against Northwestern was a significant step backwards after the Terps had generated a sliver of momentum in a rather comfortable victory at Rutgers. Playing in Xfinity Center against a depleted Wildcats’ squad down two starters, the Terps’ offense stagnated and the defense had several key letdowns in a demoralizing 68-61 loss.
