What We Learned After The Rutgers Loss

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Taking a look at Maryland's 56-53 loss against Rutgers Feb. 6:

Turnovers Doom Maryland Late

The Terps turn the ball over more than all but four Big Ten teams, and Feb. 6 was one of their worst performances of the season. Maryland gave the ball up 15 times and handed out just six assists (curiously, Rutgers also had 15 turnovers and six assists) and had some crucial miscues down the stretch.
