COLLEGE PARK, Md. – There may not be a better entrance for a home team than Clemson’s charge into Death Valley, which former Tigers’ linebacker Rashaun Smith was able to experience the last three years. But Aug. 31, four-months after he transferred home to Maryland, the south Baltimore native said there was nothing like running out of the shell at Capital One Field. 

“It was kind of surreal,” said Smith three days after UMD’s 79-0 win against Howard.
