Terps Looking To Carry Offensive Momentum Into Champaign Against Tough Illini Squad

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Maryland (10-6, 2-3 Big Ten) sits at the bottom of the Big Ten in all major offensive categories save free throws, but during the second half against Michigan Jan. 11, the Terps had a renaissance of sorts. In one of its better shooting halves this season, UMD scored 48 points on 48 percent from the floor, 60 percent from 3 and 93 percent from the line, while they had 10 assists against only three turnovers in the 64-57 victory.
