COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Taking a look at Maryland’s 63-57 loss against Purdue Jan. 2:

Maryland’s Offense Goes Comatose

We’re beating the proverbial dead horse here. Sure, Purdue’s a very good defensive team and deserves credit for taking away UMD’s frontcourt and forcing Maryland to knock down jump shots, but the Terps did nothing to help themselves.

The offense consisted of Jahmir Young trying to make a play and four other players standing around watching.
