Taking a look at Maryland’s 75-53 victory against Coppin State Dec. 28:

Long Does His Best Young Impression

The Terps were without starting point guard Jahmir Young, who was out with the flu, but backup Jahari Long took advantage of the absence and more than held his own. Coppin State, which is the second worst team in the country, is hardly a great barometer, but Long showed that he can lead the offense for extended stretches.
