Tarver Flips To Nebraska, Marcelin Sticks With Pitt

Maryland seemingly lost a pair of recruits from Norland High (Miami, Fla.) Dec. 20. First, longtime cornerback pledge Larry Tarver flipped to Nebraska, and, second, outside linebacker Jeremy Marcelin elected to stay with Pittsburgh after being projected to College Park, Md., since early fall.

Tarver had been recruiting his teammate Marcelin to UMD, and the pair visited three times. But the corner was also highly intrigued by the Huskers after a trek to Lincoln, Neb.
