St. John's S McIntosh Chooses Terps

Maryland picked up a high school commitment following his official-visit weekend Dec. 8-10. St. John’s (Washington, D.C.) three-star safety Shamar McIntosh opted for the hometown school, which is the only program he took in.

“I love the coaches at Maryland, and this is a great opportunity for me,” McIntosh said. “I sat down with Coach [Mike] Locksley, and he wants what’s best for me not only on the field, but off the field.
